The Traveler Bottle features 27 iconic destinations from Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. It's designed for first-time visitors to Japan. It includes the places you simply can't miss on your first trip. Also includes 18 bonus stickers/locations so you can customize the bottle based on your individual trip.

The Explorer Bottle goes deeper with 46 destinations across 31 prefectures, covering spots that are more off-the-beaten-path. It's made for locals, repeat travelers, and anyone ready to dive deeper into Japan travel.

Both are priced at $39 and come with matching stickers for each destination.

Our bottles are crafted from 304 food-grade stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation. They are BPA-free and hold 22oz / 650ml. They'll keep your drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.

Each bottle comes with a full set of destination stickers — one for every spot on your bottle. As you visit each destination, you place the matching sticker. It turns your bottle into a living travel journal.

You can place the stickers on your bottle during your trip, or add them all at once for a trip you've already completed.

The Traveler Bottle includes 27 destinations from Japan's Golden Route of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.

The Explorer Bottle covers 46 destinations across 31 prefectures, from the islands of Okinawa to the northernmost regions of Hokkaido.

We recommend hand-washing to preserve the bottle's illustration and stickers.

Every print is produced from a high-resolution, 42-megapixel original photo, meaning even large-format prints retain extraordinary detail and depth.

We also use gallery-quality photo paper designed for archival longevity and superior color accuracy.

All prints come with free global shipping.

The guides are written by us — two photographers who have been living in Tokyo since 2019. These aren't tourist-aggregated lists. Every recommendation is somewhere we've been, eaten at, or photographed ourselves.

Guides are delivered as instant PDF downloads via email immediately after purchase. You can read them on your phone, tablet, laptop, or print them at home. No app required.

Yes. Since it's a PDF, you can download it to your device before your trip and access it anywhere without data or Wi-Fi.

Guides also include a custom Google Maps link you can save to your phone for easy navigation during your trip.

We ship worldwide. Whether you're ordering from the US, Europe, Australia, or anywhere else, we've got you covered. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

USA & Canada: 3–7 business days.
Asia: 3–7 business days.
Europe: 5-10 business days.
Australia / NZ: 5-10 business days.
Rest of world: 5–14 business days.

Digital guides are delivered instantly via email.

If any fees are required by the destination country, they will be included in the original shipping price shown at checkout, so you won't have to worry about delays at Customs or unexpected fees.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package all the way to your door.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at hello@cheku.co with a photo and we'll make it right.

Due to the nature of digital products, travel guides are non-refundable once downloaded.

Email us at hello@cheku.co as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order is shipped, we're unable to modify it.

Kickstarter is the world's most trusted platform for launching early stage products.

A campaign must set a funding goal and offer products as rewards.

You can become a backer by choosing a product reward and making a pledge to support the campaign.

If the funding goal is not reached, your card is never charged. If the funding goal is reached, then production begins and you receive your product.

Kickstarter lets us bring cheku to life with real community support. Rather than guessing how many people want these bottles, we're launching with backers first, so every bottle made has a home, and we can invest in quality without compromise.

The Kickstarter campaign is scheduled to launch on May 14 and end on June 13.

Kickstarter uses an all-or-nothing model. If we don't reach our funding goal, no one is charged, so there's no risk to you as a backer.

Yes. Once the Kickstarter campaign closes, cheku products will be available through our website.
