Premium Japan Photo Print — Yūgure no Ume (Plums at Dusk)
A piece of Japan for your wall, printed to gallery standard.
As daylight slips away, plum blossoms glow quietly among shimmering lights, marking the gentle arrival of evening in Kyoto.
Fine art photography from our travels across Japan. Each print is produced from a high-resolution, 42-megapixel photo and printed on archival gallery-quality photo paper.
Available in four sizes.
Free global shipping. Frames not included.
A window, not a poster.
This isn't a print pulled from a stock library. It's a frame from somewhere we actually stood, on a real morning, with the light doing something we couldn't stop looking at. We shoot Japan for a living, and these are the images we keep coming back to.
Captured on a 42-megapixel camera and printed on archival gallery paper, it holds the kind of detail you lean in for. The mist on the mountain. The wet shine of the street. The colour exactly as it was.
Made to live with.
Shot by us, not licensed
Every image comes from our own travels across Japan. No stock, no borrowed files. If it's on the wall, one of us was standing there for it.
42-megapixel detail
Captured at high resolution so the print stays crisp at large sizes. Lean in and the detail holds, edge to edge.
Archival gallery paper
Printed on museum-grade archival paper with pigment inks, made to keep its colour for decades, not fade in a season.
True-to-life colour
Calibrated so the blues, greens, and dusk tones land exactly as we saw them. No oversaturated filter, no flat reproduction.
Four sizes
From a desk-side 12×18 to a statement 24×36. Pick the scale that fits your wall; the file is built to hold up at every one.
Free global shipping
Shipped worldwide at no extra cost, rolled and protected. Frames not included, so you can match your own space.
It changes the whole room.
A good photograph does more than fill a gap on the wall. It sets the temperature of a space. This one brings a little of Japan's quiet into wherever you hang it, the calm of an early morning, the pull of a place you've been or want to go.
Gallery-quality, start to finish.
Two photographers, one very long list.
We're Miri and Damien. We met at university in Florida, moved to Tokyo in 2019, and have spent every year since photographing this country.
These prints are the frames we couldn't stop looking at. Everything here is our own work, shot on our own two cameras. No stock photos, no borrowed files. Just the Japan we actually live in.
